Terms of Use

KeywordEnvy is a keyword rank tracking service. Data is collected about searches that you perform, as well as about any sites, or keyword tracking jobs that you create. This data is made private and visible only by the account by which it was created.

If you install the tracking code in your website, KeywordEnvy will collect and store user data about the searches that were performed, such as user agent, IP address, referrer and target page. This data is only made available to the account which was used to generate the tracking code.

KeywordEnvy will not make data available to third parties, as it relates to specific websites. KeywordEnvy will not make available information related to specific user accounts and the websites being tracked within those accounts. KeywordEnvy will not make available to third parties, your contact information including name, email address and website.

KeywordEnvy will provide all data collected from your websites, or through keyword monitoring, to you through an exportable CSV file. Currently this file is available upon request but soon will be made available through your private account.

KeywordEnvy may from time to time release general statistics as it relates to certain keywords or niches. These statistics will never be specific to any certain web pages, only to trends found that may be interesting through a blog posting.

At your request, KeywordEnvy may terminate your account and delete any data previously collected under your account. This will be performed within 5 business days of confirmed receipt of the request.
